A Bravo getaway to Mexico has produced a surprise moment. Kyle Cooke and Lindsay Hubbard reportedly locked lips while filming a cast trip for Season 2 of In the City, according to Page Six.
What happened in Cancún
Multiple sources told the outlet that Cooke, 44, and Hubbard, 40, kissed over Halloween weekend while the cast was in Cancún. It is still unclear whether the moment was romantic or just a silly, tipsy bit of fun.
Representatives for Cooke, Hubbard and Bravo did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Why it’s a big deal
Both reality stars are single, but there is a complicated connection. Cooke’s best friend is Carl Radke, 41, who was once engaged to Hubbard.
Radke and Hubbard went through a very public breakup when he called off their November 2023 wedding just two months before the big day, which was set to take place in Mexico. Over the past year, the pair appear to have rebuilt a genuine friendship, with some fans even wondering if they might reconcile.
Radke also has deep ties to Cooke. He served as both officiant and best man at Cooke’s September 2021 wedding to Amanda Batula, from whom Cooke is now estranged, and the two men are business partners as well as friends.
Page Six confirmed that Radke was not on the Cancún trip. Neither he nor Batula immediately responded to requests for comment.
Who else was there
Batula, 35, left the series ahead of Season 2 amid her relationship with West Wilson. Joining Cooke and Hubbard in Mexico were castmates Yvonne Najor, Nick Barber, Kenny Martin, Whitney Fransway and Gavin Moseley, along with newcomers Natasha Parker, Brittany Whitfield, Reagan Baker and Robert Morrison.
The group reportedly stayed in luxury suites at the SLS Playa Mujeres from Friday to Sunday. Their itinerary included beach time, a performance by the Chainsmokers, a spa day and a pool party with Cooke on the decks.
The “Summer House” connection
Over the summer, Cooke, Hubbard, Radke and Ciara Miller filmed Season 11 of Summer House without Batula and Wilson, who left that show after their relationship came to light.
Fans will have to wait for In the City Season 2 to see how the Cancún moment plays out on screen.
