Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil is at the center of a domestic-assault case after his girlfriend was booked in Tennessee.

Rain Hannah Andreani, a makeup artist who has been on-and-off with Neil for years, was arrested Sunday by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office in Franklin — about 21 miles south of Nashville — on an alleged domestic assault charge, according to police records obtained by Page Six. She posted a $5,000 bond and was released Monday. A court date is set for Dec. 3.

An insider told TMZ the arrest followed a heated argument in which Andreani allegedly hit Neil, 65, and began wrecking the rocker’s home. Page Six noted it is still unclear what sparked the dispute.

The timing sits on a messy relationship timeline. The pair reportedly split in May 2025 after about 15 years together, with a source claiming Neil suspected cheating; they were said to be back together the following month after Neil was photographed holding hands with other women in Nashville. In February 2025, Andreani was badly hurt when Neil’s private jet crashed into a parked plane at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona — the pilot died, and she was hospitalized with multiple broken bones.

Neil has not issued a detailed public statement in the Page Six report. The filing itself is the hard fact for now: an alleged domestic assault booking, a bond, and a December court date for the woman closest to the “Girls, Girls, Girls” singer.
