Awards season is officially here for Taylor Swift. Page Six reports that the singer charmed guests at an all-guild screening and Q&A for Toy Story 5, held at Disney's offices in downtown Manhattan on Sunday afternoon, as she chases her first Academy Award nomination.

Hugs, selfies and autographs

According to attendees who spoke to Page Six, Taylor stayed to talk with everyone in the room. One said she was "adorable with the little kids, hugging each of them," while another said she "allowed selfies and signed autographs" for every guest.

Veteran New York writer Michael Musto was among those she greeted. He later wrote on Instagram that he "couldn't shake-shake-shake-shake-shake off the experience," adding that Taylor complimented his sweater and called her "sweeter than shoofly pie."

The Oscar race

Taylor is hoping to land a Best Original Song nomination for "I Knew It, I Knew You," her song for the new Pixar film. Guild screenings like this one are a key part of any awards campaign, giving voters a chance to see the film and meet the talent behind it.

Oscar nominations will be announced on January 21, 2027.

Life with Travis

During the Q&A, Taylor also offered a peek at her home life with husband Travis Kelce. She revealed that she and her longtime best friend Abigail Anderson, whom she met as a teenager, still love talking in Napoleon Dynamite voices, and joked that their husbands "have to put up with" it.
