Prince Harry and Meghan’s production company has said goodbye to another senior figure. Chanel Pysnik, Archewell Productions’ Head of Nonfiction, Film and TV, is leaving after five and a half years, according to a report from Deadline.

A founding team member departs

Pysnik was among the very first people the Duke and Duchess of Sussex hired for the venture. In a statement, the couple praised her for building the framework behind their unscripted projects and for leading “with her heart” in the stories she helped tell. They said her legacy at Archewell “is to be celebrated” and that they are cheering her on in her next chapter.

The projects she shaped

She served as an executive producer on several of the company’s best-known titles, including the 2022 Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan, in which the couple spoke candidly about their split from royal life.

A pattern of changes

Her exit adds to a run of staff changes at the Sussexes’ businesses over the past few years, which has drawn steady attention from royal watchers as the pair reshape their media and lifestyle ventures.
