Pete Wicks and Olivia Attwood have sent fans into a frenzy again, this time by joking about a quickie wedding in Las Vegas.
The couple flew to Sin City this week to mark Pete’s 38th birthday, a trip Olivia arranged as his present. While they were there, the pair stopped outside the Little White Wedding Chapel, the famous venue where stars including Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez have said “I do”.
In a clip filmed on the trip, Olivia tells the camera that if the video gets just one like, they will get married. Pete goes one better, laughing that they don’t need any likes at all before suggesting they just go ahead and do it, then giving Olivia a kiss on the cheek.
Fans flooded the comments begging the pair to make it official. Olivia has since admitted she was “50/50” about sharing content from the trip, which only added to the speculation about what really happened in Vegas.
It isn’t the first time the couple have sparked talk of a wedding. Olivia was spotted with a sizeable ring on her left hand at the Pride of Britain Awards last month, and back in August she was seen wearing a band on her ring finger. In June, on Celebrity Gogglebox with her mum Jennifer, she joked that she planned to get married or engaged “a few times” because she likes the ring.
The former Love Island star and the ex-Towie favourite only went public with their romance recently, but for now neither has confirmed an engagement. Whether the chapel moment was a joke or a hint, fans clearly want a wedding.
