Chrishell Stause is back on the streets of Los Angeles. The former Selling Sunset star was photographed out walking her dog, Peace, on Wednesday — her first public outing since revealing that she and G Flip have gone their separate ways after four years together.
According to Page Six, Chrishell looked polished for the stroll, with a full face of makeup and her hair styled in loose waves. She paired a striped cropped tank top with black sweatpants, slipped on pink Givenchy slides, and topped the look off with a long trench coat. Relaxed, but very much camera-ready.
The real estate agent has kept a low profile since she shared the breakup news in an emotional Instagram video last week, telling fans that she and G Flip were “no longer together.” In that clip, she admitted the situation was painful because she still loves her partner, and said she did not “have all the information and the reasons” behind the split.
Even so, she struck a hopeful note. “I’m sure just like always with time you get the lessons you’re meant to get,” Chrishell said. “And I know that will happen and I’m gonna heal and everything’s gonna be fine.”
What came next was less gentle. A few days after her video, the Daily Mail published a report claiming that Chrishell’s “clingy” behavior played a part in the breakup. According to that outlet, the pair argued often and G Flip was not a fan of “the drama.” The report also alleged that things changed after Chrishell left Selling Sunset last year following nine seasons, with a source claiming she wanted a big new reality TV vehicle that never materialized and that she wanted all of G Flip’s time and attention. Those are anonymous claims, and Chrishell has not addressed them publicly.
Page Six adds its own reporting: a source said G Flip, who uses they/them pronouns, “got really fed up” with the situation and “couldn’t take it anymore.” At the same time, people who knew the couple reportedly found the split “shocking,” because the pair had seemed “so happy and seemed so in love.”
Not everyone was caught off guard. Chrishell’s former Selling Sunset co-star Bre Tiesi told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast last month that she was “not surprised” by the breakup, adding, “I don’t think anyone is surprised.”
Chrishell and the Australian musician, whose real name is Georgia Flipp, began dating in March 2022 and went on to exchange vows in several unofficial ceremonies. Their relationship became one of reality TV’s most talked-about romances, playing out across social media and Selling Sunset storylines alike.
For now, Chrishell appears to be doing exactly what she promised fans she would: taking things one day at a time. A dog walk, a trench coat, and a brave face may not answer every question about what went wrong — but it is a first step back into public life after a very public heartbreak.
